E-Terms
- EXW (Ex Works)
- Seller makes goods available to buyer at own premises.

F-Terms
- FCA, FAS and FOB (Free Carrier, Free Along Side, Free On Board)
- Letter "F" signifies seller must deliver goods to carrier appointed by buyer free of risk and expense to buyer.
Quoted to a geographic location generally within the seller country.

C-Terms
- CFR, CIF, CPT and CIP (Cost and Freight; Cost, Insurance and Freight; Carriage Paid To; Carriage, Insurance Paid To)
- Letter "C" signifies seller must bear certain costs even after point of division of risk of loss. Prices quoted to geographic location in buyer's country.

D-Terms
- DAF, DES, DEQ, DDU and DDP (Delivered At Frontier, Ex Ship, Ex Quay, Duty Unpaid, Duty paid)
- Letter "D" signifies goods must arrive at stated destination. Seller bears all costs and risks to bring goods to country of destination
